With this latest EP, Hey Joe expands his production sound to adhere to the spaces he enjoys most playing in - huge, industrial locations with massive sound systems. For Hey Joe, Satori, a buddhist term commonly translated from Japanese as meaning "seeing into ones' true nature", implies a deep and ascending synth spiral led by a clear and tremendous beat. It's a return to essence, where less becomes much, much more. Sdp. is a roaring and full-force version of Satori, while Moog Conspiracy rebuilds the track into a galloping techno head-banger.
